Eye protection is absolutely vital for cycling to protect from debris and upspray which can be flicked up into your face. Specialised cycling sunglasses will help to keep the wind, insects, rain, spray and dust out of your eyes whilst in the saddle, and will help to eliminate harmful UV rays, protecting your retinas from harmful UV Rays.
