BP100 Back Protection Panel

At only 140 grams, the BP100 is an ultra-lightweight back protector (140g) suitable for use in all Ergon backpacks, as well as backpacks from other manufacturers. The protector helps reduce the risk of injuries in the back area. Due to its compact design and flexibility, the protector still allows for rapid movement changes. The BP100 self-adjusts to the bodies shape. The 3-layer-construction is made from foam-concealed EPS which is developed, produced, and certified in Germany. CE EN 1621-2 (Level 1) safety certified.

Spine injury prevention
The BP100 has a complex multilayer construction that effectively absorbs falls to reduce the risk of injury to the spine. Through numerous load testing, the BP100 provides protection beyond industry standards.

Anatomically adapted – compact – flexible
The breathable 3-layer construction of foam-laminated EPS provides an elevated level of comfort. The layers of materials are flexible, allowing the protector to smoothly align to the shape of your back. Additionally, this allows for maximum protection and comfort through a wide range of movement while riding.

Quality made in Germany
Our BP100 is developed, manufactured and certified in Germany. With its CE-tested safety according to EN 1621-2 (Level 1) it has an official approval for UCI standards.
