The Reaction 240 is made from the same kind of heat-treated 6061 aluminium tubes that you'll find on our performance adult bikes. We also use the same mechanical tube-forming process to adjust tube shapes for the best combination of strength and weight, as well as tyre clearance. There's a full carbon fork with thru axle, to save even more weight. Disc brake mounts and cable routing allow for the greater safety and stopping power of discs. And a replaceable derailleur hanger insures against expensive repairs in the event of minor mishaps

We painted the Reaction 240 SLX in teamline colours, but its trail credentials go deeper than just its paint. Featuring lightweight components specifically selected to fit smaller hands and feet, it has the same light, lively and safe handling as the bikes our pro riders use, because junior riders matter too...
