Q36.5 Gregarius Range

Anyone familiar with the Q36.5 design philosophy will already be aware of the principles their cycling clothing is built around. Q36.5 Gregarius Pro Bib Shorts

The idea behind these bib shorts was to create a fit that felt familiar to all riders, no matter what level they are at. All cyclists can benefit from the Gregarius Pro’s fit and feel, with light compression qualities built in.

The materials and technologies are the same in these bib shorts as can be found in the Dottore range, as well as using the same chamois pad, but the Gregarius Pro bib shorts are cut to a different pattern to provide improved ergonomics, making it a more comfortable short for every day use.

Chamois Pad Technology

At the heart of any good cycling bib shorts is the chamois pad as it is a key element, providing comfort to arguably the most important contact point with the bike.

All Q36.5 bib shorts feature a proprietary chamois pad that is the result of countless hours in the QLab and on the road, with feedback from the Q36.5 pro cycling team being a key part of the development.

The Gregarius Pro bib shorts are equipped with the same pad as the Dottore Pro bib shorts, the QLab Air chamois. This is constructed from multiple layers of high density foam to provide comfort, along with a perforated microfibre layer to reduce sliding in the saddle. The final layer is made from a soft, breathable material that is quick drying and helps to wick sweat away from the body efficiently, further enhancing comfort.

In the Q36 5 Gregarius Essential bib shorts there is the QLab moulded chamois, which once again contains multiple layers of high density foam for comfort, but this time foregoes the perforated microfibre layer that is found in the Pro shorts.
