At Westbrook Cycles, we stock and supply an excellent range of Pedal Cleats, that are available to buy online. This range of cleats include SPD cleats as well as standard cleats. Cleats are attached to the bottom of a cycling shoe, these cleats then fit into the pedal that you have on your bike. There are a few common sizes, being two bolt cleats and three bolt cleats - which provide the same fitment to most pedals and shoes. When purchasing cleats, you need to ensure that both the shoe and the pedal are suitable for the cleat.

Many riders choose to purchase extra cleats. This is so they can run different pairs of shoes on the same bike, depending on riding requirements. A set of race shoes for example, can be very different to a pair of road cycling shoes, purchased for recreational riding. It’s the same with pedals, many riders choose to purchase extra pedals when they ride clipless, allowing these pedals to be used across several bikes, including road bikes and gravel bikes.
