Cyclocross Forks & Gravel Bike Forks are different to mountain bike forks. If you have ridden on a mountain bike, you will recognise the way that a mountain bike fork can smooth out even the biggest of bumps. Forks on a gravel bike can have some small suspension travel with them, but they are designed to dull the effects of bumps, rather than eliminate them. Gravel forks are designed to keep your front wheel in contact with the ground, allowing for the most efficient progress. There are a variet of forks available, including carbon gravel bike forks, which do an excellent job of further soaking up uneven off road terrain.
