Brake levers are mounted on the handlebars of a bike and are pulled by the fingers – which then operates the brakes of the bike. There are a number of different types available, with standard pull levers working with caliper or cantilever brakes (popular road bike brakes) and long pull levers which work with v brakes and disc brakes (popular mountain bike brakes).

As well as selling upgraded aftermarket brake levers for bikes, often we supply brake levers to individuals who have broken their brake levers, either in a crash or just through wear and tear. It's important when replacing a brake lever to choose the right lever for your bike, as its key that the brake levers can produce enough leverage to fully operate the brakes on the bike. If you mismatch your brake lever with your brake system, the brakes will either be applied too much, or too little.
