Revgrips

There hasn't really been much in the way of innovation in the field of handlebar grips over the last few decades, aside from the introduction of lock-on grips. Revgrips are based in California and are an off-shoot of Revolution Racing Shocks who manufacture shock absorbers for racing trucks. The Revgrips MTB range of bike handlebar grips set out to make a genuine improvement to the age old, humble bicycle handlebar grips, by adding an element of suspension to them, intended to reduce fatigue and improve performance. They work by allowing the grip to rotate around the handlebars, damped by a tuneable suspension ring at either end of the grip. The Revgrips pro series offer customizable colours, lightened clamps and a tuning washer set, and the Revgrips RG5 offers the same with the addition of being slightly ergonomic handlebar grips. The Revgrips Race grips offer the same grip technology, but without the lightened hardware and tuning washers that the Revgrips Pro range includes.
