The Orbea Urrun brings the performance of the Shimano EP8-RS system to an accessible hardtail mountain bike platform to make a versatile and capable E Mountain bike. A high-polish Aluminium frame with sleek, slender lines provides the base for this eMTB, and a 120mm travel suspension fork makes it ideal as an XC bike, a trail bike or even doing some touring or light bikepacking. Fully integrated cables provide a clean cockpit and a discrete remote allows you to change the modes without a big bulky controller on the handlebars. Due to optimisation of the battery and the way the power is delivered, the 540Wh battery in the Orbea Urrun range is the equivalent of running an 810Wh in a standard E mountain bike, giving you performance at a much lower weight. If you do need extra range, a range extender can be added to the system, adding a further 252Wh of fun.
