Pro are a sub-brand of components giant Shimano, so while the quality will be every bit as good as the parent brand, Pro components focus more on performance. Popular ranges include the Pro Aerofuel which is aimed at time trail and triathlon bikes, putting a focus on aerodynamics on products such as aero water bottles. The Pro Aerofuel bottle plate allows triathletes the ability to mount a water bottle on top of an aero bar setup, allowing them to drink without moving from the aero position, saving valuable time. Pro Missile aero bars are also popular with the more tempus orientated riders, offering a variety of clip on aero bars in shapes to fit every rider.
